The room had a gorgeous painted ceiling and a balcony. It had a high ceiling and a mini-bar available if needed. - the location was marvelous, close to the Duomo and a beautiful park, as well as the central train station.

The location was great and incredible, really close to the attractions of Florence. A 15 to 20 minute walk to the Duomo is convenient. Stunningly beautiful hotel with elegant atmosphere, plus the weather was wonderful. The room was quiet, vintage and included a mini-bar, satellite television and climate control. Very kind staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

Very beautiful room with antique furniture, frescos on the ceiling and a view of the very pretty garden. Bathroom was large and extremely clean. Staff was gracious and helpful. Breakfast was very good although I'd probably would have liked more local things as well. Overall excellent!

Not cheap but worth the money

The staff were aloof and what appeared to be the manager was more concerned at telling her staff off for arranging the cheese at breakfast than tend to guests.

During my recent stay at Hotel Villa Liana, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful frescoes on the ceiling. The decor added a touch of elegance and sophistication to the property. I particularly enjoyed staying in a room located in the serene garden area, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and provided a great start to each day. The front desk staff were helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, including recommending a fantastic local restaurant for our first night and arranging taxis whenever we needed them. I had a positive experience at Hotel Villa Liana and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
